Delivery

·      Items will only be posted once payment has cleared

·      I will always try to post ready made bags up to 7 days after payment has cleared, and up to 14 days after payment has cleared for a bespoke/personalised bag.

 

Postage

·      All items are posted First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to ensure safe and speedy delivery.

·      Postage within the UK:  £5.00

·        Postage to Europe:

·       If you would like to order more than one item I am happy to combine postage.  Please contact me before making your purchase for more information.

 

Returns and Refunds

·        If you wish to return your item for any reason, you may do so up to 14 working days after receipt of the item. The full cost (excluding postage and packaging) will be returned to you, after ensuring the item is in the original condition.  Please try to inform me you will be doing this ASAP.  Items must be returned by recorded delivery to ensure safe delivery.

·       For bespoke or personalised items, I am unable to offer refunds or returns.

Notes

·       All sizes given are approximate sizes as explained on the measurements page of my website.

·        I recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth on all my bags.

·      Please note that colours and shades of the items may vary due to the images available.  Please read the product descriptions.
